Last night, our CEO gave us a business skills training of tin box. He shared many personal experiences and special cases with us. We all felt benefited a lot.
What impressed me most was what the CEO said "began to serve and final to give up." In any business, we are providing services to our guests. If the business fails, the overwhelming majority is because we gave up the service. We feel tired and have no hope. But as long as we insist on it, it may take another second for success.
