Yintie’s plate making is the same as other plate making methods. There are special requirements for tinplate printing features:
1. In iron sheet printing, due to the non-absorption of substrate tinplate and the hardness of iron sheet, when printing, the deformation of halftone dots is more obvious than that of paper, especially in the dark tone and intermediate tone areas, due to the deformation of halftone dots, Deep and dark tone changes dramatically, and the use of square dots is even more noticeable. Diamond dots or circular dots have a slight abrupt change in the midtones. Therefore, the iron-and-iron platemaking outlets all choose circular dots or diamond dots. Reproduction is more favorable.
2. After the tinplate has been printed, it must be processed and formed. Therefore, it is necessary to leave a reserved portion for processing such as welding seam to ensure that the text pattern does not deviate from the center after the forming.
3, all welded products such as spray cans printed seams must not have graphics and other points, etc., in order to ensure the need for subsequent welding.
