Quality requirements of tin box - lids

1, drop test

             Replace the contents with water and simulate the production process of the solid tank. Seal the open lid to be tested and make it into a test tank. Drop the easy-open side of the tank from the height of 1m or the bottom of the tank downwards from the height of 1.5m. , The location of the reticle does not crack. 2. Feathering test

             The extent to which the inner coating film remains on the edge of the cover engraved line after the opening of the easy opening cover is detected. Generally divided into 8 grades, 0 ~ 1 qualified, 1.5 generally does not exceed 10%, two or more is unqualified. Feathering classification maps can be found on page 350 of the Cannery Industry Handbook.

             The contents are carbonated beverages (soda, beer), easy to open the lid and heated in water at 100°C for 10 minutes to open the observation; the contents are hot beverage filling such as fruit juice drinks, easy to open the lid and heated at 100°C for 30 minutes to open the observation; the content is Coffee, tea beverages and other high-temperature sterilization, easy to open the lid in the water 127 °C heating 10min, open the observation.
